TwentyCi launches Opportunity Signals for mortgage advisers
TwentyCi has introduced a data-driven product called Opportunity Signals, aimed at mortgage advisers and networks that want to generate more business from clients they already have.
The tool monitors a firm's existing client bank and flags individuals who are nearing significant moments in their housing journey. Rather than waiting for borrowers to make contact, advisers receive prompts that let them start a conversation at a relevant time.
The launch reflects a broader shift in the mortgage market, where competition for new customers is intense and the cost of acquiring them is high. Existing borrowers represent a familiar and often underused source of lending, particularly when their circumstances are changing and their current deal may no longer fit.
For advisers and networks, the appeal lies in timing. Reaching out around a life or property event can feel more useful to the customer than a cold approach, and it gives the firm a reason to review protection and other needs alongside the mortgage. TwentyCi's tool is intended to turn stored client data into a steady stream of those openings, though its value will depend on the quality of the records firms hold and their capacity to follow up.
