Mano Bank taps Amlyze for combined compliance platform

2h ago

Mano Bank, the Lithuanian lender known formally as AB Mano bankas, has reached an agreement with local RegTech provider Amlyze to adopt a platform intended to consolidate several core financial crime controls in one place.

The software brings together customer risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and both customer and payment screening, alongside the handling of the investigations those checks generate. Rather than running separate tools for each function, the bank will work from a single environment.

Consolidation has become a common goal for smaller banks, which face the same supervisory expectations as larger peers while working with leaner compliance teams and tighter budgets. Tying alerts, screening results and case files to a single record set can cut duplicated effort and make it easier to demonstrate to regulators how decisions were reached.

Neither company disclosed the value of the agreement, the length of the contract or a timetable for implementation. Mano Bank has not said which systems the new platform will replace. The deal adds to a growing roster of Lithuanian financial firms turning to domestic RegTech vendors for anti-money-laundering and sanctions-related work.
